I work with the Catch-A-Dream Foundation, which provides hunting and fishing trips to children with life-threatening illnesses. This past weekend we had our annual banquet/fundraiser event in Starkville . As a part of our program, we had scheduled Sgt. 1st Class Greg Stube to come; he's a highly decorated U.S. Army Green Beret and inspirational speaker who was severely injured while deployed overseas and didn't have much of a chance for survival. Greg is stationed at Ft. Bragg , NC and received permission from his commanding officer to come speak at our function. Everything was on go until Obama made a policy that NO U.S. SERVICEMAN CAN SPEAK AT ANY FAITH-BASED PUBLIC EVENTS ANYMORE.

Needless to say, Greg had to cancel his speaking event with us. Didn't know if anyone else was aware of this new policy. You're just starting to see the Obamanation. President Obama's finance team is recommending a one percent (1%) transaction fee (TAX). Obama's plan is to sneak it in after the November elections to keep it under the radar.


        This is a 1% tax on all transactions at any financial institution - banks, credit unions, savings and loans, etc. Any deposit you make, or even a transfer within your account, will have a 1% tax charged. ~If your paycheck or your social security or whatever is direct deposit, it will get a 1% tax charged for the transaction. ~If your paycheck is $1000, then you will pay Obama $10 just for the privilege of depositing your paycheck in your bank. Even if you hand carry your paycheck or any check into your bank for a deposit, 1% tax will be charged. ~You receive a $5,000 stock dividend from your broker, Obama takes $50 just to allow you to deposit that check in the bank.. ~If you take $1,000 cash to deposit at your bank, 1% tax will be charged. 
        Mind you, this is from the man who promised that, if you make under $250,000 per year, you will not see one penny of new tax. Keep your eyes and ears open, you will be amazed at what you learn about this guy's under-the-table moves to increase the number of ways you are taxed. 
        Oh, and by the way, if you receive a refund from the IRS next year and you have it direct deposited or you walk in to deposit that check, you guessed it. You will pay a 1% charge of that money just for putting it in your bank. Remember, any money, cash, check or whatever, no matter where it came from, you will pay a 1% fee if you put it in the bank. 
        Some will say, oh well, it's just 1%. Are you kidding me? It's a 1% tax increase across the board. Remember, once the tax is there, they can also raise it at will. And if anyone protests, they will just say, "Oh,that's not really a tax, it's a user fee"! Think this is        no big deal? Go back and look at the transactions you made on one year's banking statements. Then add the total of all those transactions and deduct 1%. Still think it's no big deal?

When the government gives away trillions of the precious original dollars to foreign countries and prints more money to keep the economy moving it steals our savings, our retirement, our Social Security and our life blood. Why can’t the Harvard economists figure this out?

You can’t have a prosperous economy without money! No amount of Conservative budget cutting is going to solve the current problem—only prolong the agony.

There is a money shortage in America! Bush Junior and Senior sent trillions to Iraq and Affiganistan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and every country in the Middle East. We are sending 8 billion a year to Affiganistan. We send five billion a year to Israel and we have been giving Hosni Mubarak one billion a year for decades. They sent 300 billion to Iraq 6-billion at a time. They lost a C-130 plane load of hundred dollar bills. It probably fell into the hands of Al-Qaida

Obama gave the big banks a trillion who sent the money overseas to bail out the fraudulently bundled mortgages and derivatives.  The money went to Germany, England and China…. The US has been sending trillions overseas to maintain over 200 military bases for decades.

The solution:

Get rid of the Foreign owned Federal Reserve banks and print our own money 150-million Americans could die in the next two years if we don’t act. This is the end of America!

The new academic year in the United States, which began on September 8, was marred with a massive verbal attack against President Barack Obama. As usual, the attack was conducted by ultrareactionary radio hosts, who compared Obama to Hitler, Stalin and Mao Zedong, claiming that Obama wanted to infect American schoolchildren with ideas of fascism, socialism and communism. Rush Limbaugh added Saddam Hussein and Kim Jong-il on the list and said that Obama wanted to turn the US youth into Hitler Jugend and Komsomol Organization. Sean Hannity of Fox News called Obama a political pedophile.

All of those remarks were made after Obama’s 20-minute back-to-school speech.

Republican leaders in Florida and Utah urged parents not to let their children go to school on the first day of the new academic year, when the president’s speech was going to be broadcast.

"If you're concerned, keep your kids home for the day,” David Bradley, a Republican and member of the Texas State Board of Education told the USA Today. Fox TV channel urged its viewers not to let Obama turn US schools into Gulags, Nazi death camps and Chinese concentration camps. The White House was caught on the hop with such a storm of insanity.

In his speech, Obama urged children to follow their dreams, to respect teachers, to study well and make conclusions from past mistakes. Anything communist there?

“At the end of the day, we can have the most dedicated teachers, the most supportive parents, and the best schools in the world — and none of it will matter unless all of you fulfill your responsibilities. Unless you show up to those schools; pay attention to those teachers; listen to your parents, grandparents and other adults; and put in the hard work it takes to succeed.

“So today, I want to ask you, what’s your contribution going to be? What problems are you going to solve? What discoveries will you make? What will a president who comes here in 20 or 50 or 100 years say about what all of you did for this country?” Obama said.

Does it sound like Mein Kampf?

Obama delivered his speech on September 8 at Wakefield High School in Arlington, Virginia. There are 15,000 schools in the United States, where 50 million students study. It is hard to say how many of them were listening to the president’s speech. Each school provided an alternative hour for those students, whose parents did not want them to listen to Obama’s speech.

Obama delivered a brilliant speech, as he normally does. However, when it was time for questions and answers after the speech, he became a totally different person. The president was making long pauses between phrases; one could see that he was taking a great effort to choose words for answers, as if he did not want to say something that he must not say.

A word spoken is past recalling. If Obama had said “Learn, learn and once again learn” then Rush Limbaugh and others would have had a good reason to say that Obama was quoting Lenin to 50 million of American students. Obama said nothing of the kind. All the accusations and comparisons do not make any sense. At all.

Ventura Decries “Fascist” America After Judge Tosses TSA Case

Former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura said he would now refer to the country of his birth as the “Fascist States of America” after a judge dismissed his case challenging airport pat downs, adding that his only recourse now would be to run for President.

“Ventura made his comments outside the federal courthouse in St. Paul, where in January he sued to challenge the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) airport security procedures,” reports the Minneapolis Star Tribune. “The suit was thrown out because Congress set up the law so that all such challenges must be brought directly in Circuit Courts of Appeals, wrote U.S. District Judge Susan Richard Nelson.”

“They said they don’t have jurisdiction,” Ventura told reporters. “Well my question is if the federal courts don’t have jurisdiction over a constitutional question then who the hell does?”

A further detail that Ventura revealed on the Alex Jones Show which has not been picked up by mainstream media reports is the fact that Ventura’s lawyer was told he could not even look at the ruling due to “national security” concerns.

Speaking to the Alex Jones Show today, Ventura spoke of his fury about how an American citizen was not even allowed to go to court to defend the Bill of Rights, adding that from now on he would refer to the U.S. as the “Fascist States of America” and would refuse to stand for the national anthem.

Vowing to “never fly commercial” again, Ventura gave a passionate press conference today, expressing his anger at TSA grope down procedures that force people like himself with metal implants to go through humiliating pat downs every time they pass through airport security.

HOW TO PAY OFF THE NATIONAL DEBT

The government wants you to think that the National Debt is your fault and that you should pay it! The National Debt is not a National debt, it is a Federal Debt! It is not your responsibility to pay it off with your Social Security and IRA.

Our money is not real. It is a debt instrument borrowed from the Federal Reserve. It is not backed by gold or silver. It is what it says it is, a Federal Reserve Note! All the government has to do to pay it off is take a money order without account numbers on it, make it out for 14-trillion dollars payable to the Federal Reserve and sign it and the debt is paid.

Your mind has been molded by government school curriculums.
The primary control and custody of infants is with the corporate State government through, the filing of government issued Birth Certificates, which are held in a “State Trust” and therein each applicant is recorded under the Department of Transportation as a State owned vessel and financial asset. Each state owned vessel is bonded for one million dollars and the bonds are sold overseas. Now you know what you are worth!

A government issued Birth Certificate was never needed as proof of birth because a baptismal record or a family Bible entry of birth constitutes a legal proof of birth! Had your parents never applied for a government issued Birth Certificate, none of the federal or State Statutes, Codes or Regulations in place, would be enforceable against you, and no government official or agency could ever tell you how to raise your children; declare you an unfit parent, or take away your children.

Those who do not know how to assert their beneficiary status: are treaded on by the government and their courts, as a corporate fiction! The corporate governments and their corporate courts, only have jurisdiction over corporations. Corporations have no rights or jurisdiction over living people and are only provided considerations, which have been pre-negotiated in contracts by their directors.

Sovereigns
On the Voter Registration you gave away your sovereign status when you circled the YES. Are you a United States citizen? YES/NO. Everyone checks the YES answer. A United States Citizen is a phrase designed to identify a “corporate fiction!” Clever isn’t it? You and every other American had no idea that you were admitting you were a corporate fiction when you circled the YES answer, and you did it under penalty of perjury!

The sovereign states had been abolished in 1790 by the adoption of Article 1 of the Statues at Large, which converted all the sovereign states into Federal Districts and gave the federal government lawful jurisdiction everywhere. The Federal Districts are currently identified by zip codes. Whenever you put the zip code on letters to the IRS or any government agency you automatically tell them which Federal District you reside in alerting them to the location of their jurisdiction over you. Some people I know put the word “near” in front of their zip code on all their correspondence. This excludes them from the government’s jurisdiction for the purpose of maintaining their sovereignty!

In consideration that the Federal Government is a corporation and that, corporations can lawfully own other corporations; and all Americans subjects to be educated have admitted under penalty of perjury that they are corporations; the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the corporate federal government. See ho sneaky and tricky lawyers can be?--All the more reason why lawyers should never be allowed to serve in government or in judgment of us.

Under the corporate governments, no Sovereign can lawfully be tried or convicted of any statutory crime! I recently discovered how to avoid prosecution under the Trust, when a Sovereign is taken before a corporate prosecuting Attorney or a Judge:

First: “The sovereign must inquire if we are on the record, and if not, insist upon it! Say nothing, sign nothing and answer no questions until you are convinced that the proceedings are being recorded!”

Secondly: All a Sovereign has to say for the record is: “I am a beneficiary of the Trust, and I am appointing you as my Trustee!”

Thirdly: The Sovereign then directs his Trustee to do his bidding! “As my Trustee, I want you to discharge this matter I am accused of and eliminate the record!”

Fourthly: If the Sovereign suffered any damages as a result of his arrest, he can direct that the Trust compensate him from the proceedings of the Court by saying; “I wish to be compensated for [X] dollars, in redemption.”

This statement is sufficient to remove the authority and jurisdiction from any prosecuting attorney or judge. The accused will be immediately released from custody with a check. License or claim he identifies as damage. It doesn’t matter what the action involves or how it is classified by the corporate law as a civil or criminal action! It works every time!

All the Codes, Statutes and Regulations throughout the United States are a Will from the MASTERS to the SLAVES. A Will is defined as, “An express command used in a dispositive nature.” When individuals in America are charged with a crime and warehoused in a jail; it is because they went against the Will of the masters, and not because they harmed another person! Remember that: The Will demands from us, all that we are; keep us in check and promises us nothing!”

My grandchildren spend more time on the road than they do in class. The school system is currently bussing them to three different schools.

Are you free when you are forced to sign your children into the forum public schools of “social engineering’ to ‘domesticate” their ideology instead of teaching knowledge?

Are you free when your children are being subjected to personal body searches, testing of body fluids, without tolerance without meaning or right, and police power to gang “sweep” schools without “criminal intent” of students? These are very serious acts of violated Trust and fairness.

The agency sends the message to our children, of how much sovereignty agency has and how “meek” the parenting must be if protective public policy procedures are “made” necessary by contract. Your “required” signature upon any document should be avoided or representative of reserved Rights, which makes the unit “void” on its face.”

Are you free when you are brought before a state charter courts practicing maritime law for the purpose of ambushing and subverting civil and your constitutional rights?

Such courts are identified by the gold fringe state and maritime flags mounted on a military spear or staff with the Presidential Eagle mounted on top. Next time you are brought up before the court keep your eyes open. Notice how the flags are displayed and look at the arrangement of the court room. Notice how the Judge sits up on the Captain’s bridge above the secretary/ensign which is higher than the jury box. People sitting outside the railing of the ship are flotsam and cannot communicate with the bridge.

It is OK to ask questions in the court. Ask, “Do I have Constitutional rights in this court?” Ask them that if I contract with this court, am I conspiring to subvert my Civil and Constitutional rights? Tell them that when two or more people conspire to commit fraud it is punishable by ten years in jail and a ten-thousand dollar fine. All officers of the court including your attorney are conspiring to commit fraud on the public by subverting your constitutional rights.

Legal title 4 American flags have a height to length ration of 1 to 1.9 and are usually displayed on a staff with a ball on top. When this “legal” American flag is displayed in a public office you have constitutional rights.

The government agency has proliferated by using fraudulent devise and elliptical “words of art” to confuse the People into believing in the false teaching for ‘inferior’ benefit. How do you retain your civil and constitutional rights? By reserving rights a citizen remains in Propria Persona at signature and the unit is void of ‘promise’ as UCC 3-104.3. When you sign any document put “Without Prejudice UCC 1-207” above your signature.

The following are a few of the many questions you must ask yourself and the court:

1. Are you free when career-politicians, tax collectors, police, and courts are more of a threat to life, liberty, and property than are common criminals?
2. Are you free when you must send your children to a school where your public servants can “legally kidnap” your children, confiscate your property and put you in prison?
3. Are you free when you must ask and pay your public servants for “legal permission” to get married even though marriage is a religious sacrament?
4. Are you free when your church must pay your public servants for a “license so its members can ‘Legally worship” the creator?
5. Are you free when you believe that your rights come from public servants instead of from the creator?
6. Are you free when your public servants make you pay ransom to a private insurance company before you can drive your car?
7. Are you free when you cannot drive on public streets without buying a drivers license and car registration from you public servants giving them the LAWFUL TITLE OF OWNERSHIP to you in exchange for a “certificate” of title that shows you gave owner-ship away?
8. Are you free when you can no longer practice free enterprise without an ID number that identifies you like a convict and buying a license from your public servants?
9. Are you free when you must read non-mainstream publications in order to learn THE TRUTH?
10. Are you free when your nation has more political prisoners than any nation on earth and is building more expensive prisons every year?
11. Are you free when your public servants say a crime needs no victim, by claiming a crime is an offense against an abstraction called a state?
12. Are you free when your public servants can know every financial transaction you make and can “legally pry into “your bank account records without your knowledge or consent?

13. Ask your attorney if he will sign a document stating that he will represent you in the TRUTH? He will not sign such a document. You then tell the judge that you cannot find an attorney to represent you in the TRUTH.
