The Road to Roota Theory
postulates that there is a group of people in the United States as well as
around the world that are working to remove and destroy the financial banking
powers that have secretly controlled all aspects of our lives for hundreds of
years. The original idea of this group sprang from the mind of Alan Greenspan
and involved rigging markets with computer programs that he had invented in

My understanding of the way the
world worked was blown to bits and replaced with a more unified theory on all
things monetary... all things that lead us down The Road to Roota otherwise
known as the Road to the Gold Standard.
Greenspan's Golden Secret
The following concepts are the
key support pillars in The Road to Roota Theory and I have linked the support
articles as back up. Once you understand these concepts you will understand
what is happening all around you as the world you once knew comes crumbling
down to be replaced by a new and better system.
KEY COMPONENTS OF THE ROAD
TO ROOTA THEORY:
1) All markets have been
100% controlled by computer programs since the 1970's in order to steer and
control prices thus prolonging the fiat monetary system.
2) A powerful cabal of the
world's elite have taken over that market manipulation process and twisted it
to enhance their own profits while pretending to service their nation's best
interests.
3) In the early 1900's the
United States embarked on a secret policy to hide all of its own natural
resources and exploit the rest of the world's until resource scarcity was
fully recognized.
4) In order to support the
oil backed US Dollar and the world's petro-based economic system the
"powers that be" have hidden new energy technologies that would
greatly benefit the world's population as well as the environment.
5) Since 911 there is a group
of people and governments that have decided "enough is enough" and
are in the process of removing the banking cabal from their seat of power.
6) The planned destruction
of the fiat monetary system is the type of "Creative Destruction"
event that will force the implementation of a new Gold Standard within the
United States.
You may argue all you want
about my interpretation and conclusions but there will be no arguing the
final results. When the final crash comes the facts will show that the Road
to Roota Theory was the closest thing to a "correct analysis" of
the gold market available at this time in history.

As we read the papers today the
events are unfolding before us. The real question now is what will happen in
the future? Will we be cast into a deep and dark depression with no hope for
future generations or will we survive and even thrive as we make this
transition?
Here is my interpretation of

These conclusions may sound way
too positive and outrageously naive but everything I watch points to a very
bright future…even if it takes a few bumps to get there!
1) The collapse of the fiat
monetary system will be total and complete equalizing the playing field
between the "haves" and the "have-nots".
2) All paper/electronic debt
and assets will evaporate with the collapse of the fiat money system.
3) Those who have
perpetrated the outrageous and monstrous crimes of the past 100 years will be
hunted down and prosecuted (if they are lucky).
4) The US will issue a new
gold backed currency (domestically) allocating it according to future social
security payments due.
5) The US will allocate much
of the new gold backed money to support the funding of schools, police,
health care, infrastructure and other necessities for a fully functioning
society.
6) Globalization will end
upon the collapse of the derivative structure and all countries will end
global trade concentrating on their own internal commerce.
7) All US overseas troops
will return home to protect our borders and ensure the safety of our citizens.
8) The US population will be
fully employed working to replace all the overseas production lost in the
reversal of Globalization.
9) The United States will
tap into its VAST natural resources that have been hidden away for years in
National Parks, Military Bases and sites deemed "Ecologically
Sensitive".
10) A vast array of new
energy technologies will be revealed since there will be no more need for the
"oil standard" that has supported the US Dollar for the past 50
years.
11) The implementation of
the new monetary system will usher in a glorious new "Golden Age"
that the world will embrace after years of being lead around like
"Sheeple".
We are on the cusp of something
truly momentous in the history of the human race. With the full transition
there is no need to lose the free markets system. Truthfully, a true
"Free Market" system has never been given the chance it deserves
with all the market rigging of the past 100 years.
We will be free again. We will
resurrect our Constitution and we will make the United States of America the
Land of Liberty that our forefathers envisioned.

loggers, miners, oil men and manufactures are the ones who harvest the natural
resources to earn the original dollar. All others are parasites living off the
labor of these people.
When the government
gives away trillions of the precious original dollars to foreign countries and
prints more money to keep the economy moving it steals our savings, our
retirement, our Social Security and our life blood. Why can’t the Harvard
economists figure this out?
You can’t have a
prosperous economy without money! No amount of Conservative budget cutting is
going to solve the current problem—only prolong the agony.
There is a money
shortage in America
Obama gave the big
banks a trillion who sent the money overseas to bail out the fraudulently
bundled mortgages and derivatives. The money went to Germany England China US
The solution:
Get rid of the Foreign owned Federal Reserve banks and
print our own money 150-million Americans could die in the next two years if we
don’t act. This is the end of America!

FORECLOSURE?
Subject: Fwd: Foreclosure: Judical Recusal Updated Information
For those who are not up to speed, California Judges were served with a lawsuit because over 40% of their retirement accounts are in bank products. Therefore, because of conflict of interest, they cannot be involved in any banking disputes.
Howard is directly involved in a lawsuit to save a defaulted mortgaged home, so he his his fingers on the pulse of the matter.

I was able to track down national trustee Heather Ann Tucci-Jarraf, who appeared on the Fred Smart radio program mentioned below with Charlie Miller. She said that she briefed and debriefed a witness named Brett Myers to the judge stepping off the bench. Heather claims that the Riverside event occurred around October 13, 2011. [I have an additional call in to California trustee Donald Westover to attempt to get a court reporter's transcript or something ...]
She further asserted that judges are being challenged for conflict of interest "all over the country".
I now believe that this is real and that this will help our cause greatly.

If you go to this website, and listen to TalkShoe radio program under Audio, Charlie Miller claims that a judge voluntarily stepped down in Riverside County for lack of jurisdiction. I have a call into Mr. Miller and one of their local representatives, Susan Daya Hamwi (the brunette attorney in the serving of the Los Angeles County Judges video). I have asked for a copy of the court reporter's transcript.
In addition, I just spoke to Mark Luther, Millie's friend. He knows someone who claims that she has disqualified five consecutive judges. Mark is attempting to get proof.
Again, we have no proof yet. However, I think that we have at least the start of smoke.
I believe that the tide continues to turn in our favor.

INTRODUCTION:
During my twelve years service as a Judge, I always insisted on the truth and placed justice above law and order!
More evidence of our Slavery is as follows:
a) The primary control and custody of infants is with the corporate state government
through the filing of government issued Birth Certificates, which are held in a State Trust and therein each applicant is recorded under the Department of Transportation as a State owned Vessel and financial asset. A government issued Birth Certificate was never needed as proof of birth because a baptismal record or a family bible entry of birth, was and is an exception to hearsay and constitutes legal proof of birth! Had your parents never applied for a government issued Birth Certificate, none of the Federal or State Statutes, Codes or Regulations in place, would be enforceable against you, and no government official or agency could ever tell you how to raise your children; declare you an unfit parent, or take your children away from you! We all made fun of the Amish of Pennsylvania and yet the government cannot touch them because they do not participate in anything these corporate governments have to offer. The title to their land is recorded as an Ecclesiastical Trust. The
b) Social Security is not a Trust or Insurance policy or Insurance against disability. The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that Social Security is a government giveaway program funded by a government Tax; which is why and how the Congress can periodically dip into the assets of the fund anytime they want and never have to pay it back! The back of the Social Security card states that the card is the property of the government and not you! Your birth name appears on the front of that card and has been modified, the same way as your birth certificate; from upper and lower case letters to all capital letters, pursuant to the U. S. Government Printing Manual, which instructs government agencies on how to subtly convert a living man into a corporation. The actual Director of our Social Security Fund and Administration is the Queen of England and from which she is paid a generous salary. Your Social Security Card is issued by the United Nations through the International Monetary Fund and your Social Security Number is actually your International Slave Number! On the reverse side of that card is an “E” letter followed by eight numbers. That is a “cusip” number, which is required on all securities! Yes! You have been converted into a marketable security, like a bond, and your person was offered for sale and sold to domestic and foreign corporate investors!
c) A Marriage License Application is a request to your “Masters” for permission to marry.
If you ever had any claim of sovereignty before that date; you lost it completely when you applied for and married under a marriage license. Sovereignty means: “To assert ones independence and to claim to be self-governing.” The license isn’t necessary and never has been because a marriage has always been just a contract, witnessed by God, between a man and a woman! Who told you that you must apply for a license? It is the official you chose to conduct your ceremony? The official just happens to be a licensed government official and his license prevents him from conducting marriage ceremonies without the issuance of a marriage license. Did Moses or Jesus ever say or profess that a marriage is not recognized by God, without a license?
Here’s the Fraud behind the License:
Those who apply for and marry pursuant to a marriage license have now added a third party to their marriage contract! The third party is the Master, by and through his Agent, the
d) The term “license” is defined in law as, “A permit to do something illegal.” [See: Blacks Law Dictionary, 6thor 7th Edition]. Therefore, all licenses are permits to violate the only real law! Inalienable rights are the rights bestowed upon all living men, by God at birth! All other laws are subordinate to God’s law. The controlling government wants us to rely on their laws, so they demand that we apply for a license! Another example is a “Drivers License.” It is your God given right to travel the roadways of this nation and no government has any right to restrict, tax or license your pursuit of happiness! The only exception is a Driver of a Commercial Vehicle. The governments have a right to regulate Commerce, which means trade. Anyone operating a vehicle in Commerce must be licensed but all others are absolutely free to travel without one! The foreign Agents in power; have changed the common meanings of words to encapsulate and control every Sovereign. They succeed in this intimidation through the corporate courts and police enforcement by officers who have been brainwashed and reinforced by mandatory training programs.
e) The use of “Trusts” by the Masters and their Agents; is for a good reason! A Trust by law is secret and neither the Masters nor their agents [the Corporate Government and Courts] can be compelled to expose the rules or regulations of the Trust and those regulations can change with the wind, without notice to the participants! [See: The Law of Trusts].
f) Slaves cannot own property. Look at the Deed to your home. You are identified as the[Tenant] of the property and never the Owner and your Local and State land tax is actually a “rent or use fee” assessed by the State for the lease on the land. You gave them the land after closing via your Lawyer. Did he ever tell you that?
After closing, your Lawyer recorded the deed with the Court. The law only suggests recording the deed, it doesn’t mandate it! Upon recording, you gave the land back to the State, who then leases it back to you for as long as you live there! Isn’t that where you have constructed your home, your castle? I’m paying for it, doesn’t that make the land mine, you ask? If you fail to pay the States assessed “rent or use fee,” which has been cleverly disguised as a direct state tax; you will be evicted from your castle and land, and the state will take title and sell your home under commercial law. Commercial Law ordains that, "Anything permanently attached, is retained by the owner!” Who is the owner of the land? Why the State because you so graciously donated it to them.
Oh, I almost forgot; your Lawyer receives a fee from the State for recording your deed for their use and benefit! How do you feel about your lawyer now? Didn’t you pay him to represent “your interests” at the closing? Now you see why lawyers are the brunt of numerous jokes and have such a poor reputation! Its because they deserve it!
g) Foreclosures are nothing more than evictions, based on a different kind of fraud. The illusion of a debt[Mortgage] that never existed! No individual or family who has beenforeclosed on and evicted from their home in the
[Explanation of the above statement]
First you must know that the federal government took
President Roosevelt unconstitutionally collected
Here’s how they did it.
At your Closing, the Mortgage Company had you sign a “Promissory Note” in which you promised your sweat, your equity, full faith and credit against an unpaid balance. Then without your knowledge, the Mortgage Company sold your Promissory Note (your credit) to a Warehousing Institution such as, Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. The Warehousing Institution uses your Promissory Note (your credit) as collateral and generates loans to other people and corporations with interest. Collateral is essential to a corporation because corporations have no money or credit. They’re not real, they’re a fiction and require the sweat, the equity, the full faith and credit of living individuals to breathe and sustain the life of the corporation. Corporate Governments operate under the same principle.
The Warehousing Institution makes money off the “Promissory Note” (your credit) and even though the profits made are nothing more than new (Negotiable Debt Instruments), those instruments still have buying power in a (Negotiable Debt Economy).
These debt instruments are only negotiable because of the human ignorance of the American people and the human ignorance of people in other countries of the World, who have all been lied to, told this has value, and the people don’t know the difference!
Did you ever give your permission to the Mortgage Company to sell your credit? So where is your cut of the profits? If the Mortgage Company invested nothing of their own in the purchase of your home, why are you making a monthly Mortgage payment to them with interest? And where do they get off foreclosing on or against anyone or threatening to foreclose?
They do it by fraud and the Masters and their Agents (the governments, the courts and the banks) all know it! Everything done to us and against us is about sustaining their lives, the lives of the corporate governments they command and to keep “We the People” under their complete control! They accomplish this control by taking away or threatening to take away your comfort and independence! They all use fraudulent means, disguised as law!
Note: When you applied for a Mortgage, the Mortgage Company ran a credit check on you and if you had a blemish on your credit record, they charged you points (money) to ease their pain and lighten the risk (a credit risk) of their loaning you a Mortgage! More Fraud!
Why are you paying points, when they never loaned you a dime! The credit report is just another scam. If you have a high credit report, the government and banks identify you as an “Obedient Slave” and yet your “Promissory Note” sold for the same value as the “Promissory Note” endorsed by the man who is (a credit risk)! Credit didn’t matter. The fact that you are a living person is what matters!
More Fraud:
The Mortgage Company maintains two sets of books regarding your Mortgage payments. The local set of books, is a record that they loaned you money and that you agreed to repay that money, with interest, each month. The second set of books is maintained in another State office, usually a Bank because the Mortgage Companies usually sell your loan contract to a Bank and agree to monitor the monthly payments in order to conceal the fraud! In the second set of books, your monthly Mortgage Payment is recorded by the bank as a savings deposit because there is no real loan! When you pay off the fraudulent mortgage, the Bank waits (90) days and then submits a request to the IRS. The request states: “That someone, unknown to this facility; deposited this money into our facility and has abandoned it! May we keep the deposit?” The IRS always gives their permission to the bank to keep the deposit and your hard earned money just feathered the nest of the Rockefeller, Rothschild and eleven other wealthy families in the world!
Equity Law, which once controlled
We are not free men; we are slaves, and bound to our Masters by adhesion contracts and secret Trusts. The goal of the Masters and their (agents) our elected officials, is to keep the people oppressed and subservient to them! As the Masters agents, they utilize propaganda techniques through government controlled schools; churches; the media and mind control by force and or the threat of force through the courts and police enforcement! Allodial title constitutes ownership of real property (land, buildings and fixtures) that is independent of any superior landlord. In common legal use, allodial title is used to distinguish absolute ownership of land by individuals from feudal ownership, where property ownership is dependent on relationship to a lord or the sovereign. Webster's first dictionary (1825 ed) says "allodium" is "land which is absolute property of the owner, real estate held in absolute independence, without being subject to any rent, service, or acknowledgment to a superior. It is thus opposed to "feud."
True allodial title is rare, with most property ownership in the common law world—primarily, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the Republic of Ireland—described more properly as being in fee simple. In particular, land is said to be "held of the Crown" in England and Wales and the Commonwealth realms. In England, there is no allodial land, all land being held of the Crown; in the United States, all land is subject to eminent domain by the federal government, and there is thus no true allodial land. Some states within the US (notably Nevada and Texas) have provisions for considering land allodial under state law, but such land remains rare. Some of the Commonwealth realms (particularly Australia) recognize native title, a form of allodial title that does not originate from a Crown grant. Some land in the Orkney and Shetland Islands, known as Udal land, is held in a manner akin to allodial land in that these titles are not subject to the ultimate ownership of the Crown.
Limited allodial title
Two states, Nevada and Texas, created limited allodial title provisions in order to protect property owners from the burden of highly increased property taxes which often occur when unincorporated land becomes part of a town or city.
Nevada allowed persons who owned and lived in single family residences to obtain allodial title if the property was not mortgaged and had no tax liens. Allodial titles were subject to exemptions from seizure in debt or bankruptcy under homestead laws; however, property could be seized if used in a criminal enterprise. The Nevada Legislature in 2005 prohibited applications by property owners for allodial title after June 13, 2005.
Other institutional property ownership can also be called allodial, in that property granted for certain uses is held absolutely and cannot be alienated in most circumstances. For example, universities and colleges that hold property for educational purposes can be described as having allodial title. In most states, property held by churches for the purpose of worship also has status similar to allodial title. American Indian reservations also share some similarity with allodial title. However, in all these cases, it is also clear that if the title ceases to be used for the purposes for which it was granted, it reverts to the state or the federal government.

In 1997, the Nevada Legislature created a new section of statutes within the property tax statutory scheme. Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 361.900 to 361.920.[4] These statutes, which are entitled "Allodial Title," became effective on July 1, 1998.
Those who can apply for allodial title are limited: A person who owns and occupies a single-family dwelling, its appurtenances and the land on which it is located, free and clear of all encumbrances, except any unpaid assessment for a public improvement, may apply to the county assessor to establish allodial title to the dwellings, appurtenances and the land on which it is located. One or more persons who own such a home in any form of joint ownership may apply for the allodial title, jointly if the dwelling is occupied by each person included in the application.
After the county assessor receives the application, he transfers it to the state treasurer.[4]
The state treasurer then determines the amount which is required to be paid by the property owner to establish allodial title. This is done by using "a tax rate of $5 for each $100 of assessed valuation on the date of the application.". The treasurer must calculate, separately, the amount that must be paid in a lump sum, and for the payment in installments over a period of not more than 10 years. Id. These
amounts must be calculated to the best ability of the state treasurer so that the money paid plus the interest or other income earned on that money will be adequate to pay all future tax liability of the property for a period equal to the life expectancy of the youngest titleholder of the property.[4]
State of Nevada Allodial Title Program
Nevada has a formal program for the establishment of Allodial Title (we have been informed that Nevada may have now eliminated the process!).
Allodial Title was reinitiated into Nevad in 1997 when the legislature passed a bill that authorized the Allodial Title Program. The Allodial Title Program allowed payment of taxes on real property in advance and set up a situation where ultimately the property would not experience any tax debt. A fund would be created from the income.

The Nevada Treasurer Lists the Allodial Program As Follows: NRS 361.905 Duties of state treasurer and county assessor upon issuance of certificate; payment of taxes; deficiencies.
1. Immediately upon the issuance of a certificate of allodial title, the state treasurer shall transmit a copy of the certificate to the county assessor of the county in which the property is located.
2. Upon receipt of such a certificate, the county assessor shall make a notation on the tax roll and collect no further taxes from the allodial titleholder for the property, unless the allodial title is relinquished by the homeowner or his heirs.
The Nevada program charges a $25 application fee and 5% of the value of the property for establishing and recording Allodial Title on personal single family residences. While the program has some dubious principles for inheritance and transfer with automatic relinquishing of Allodial Title under certain inheritance or transfer events, the important factor is to recognize that at least one State is recognizing the fact of and right to Allodial Title.
NEVADA REVISED STATUTES 2005 - CHAPTER 115 - HOMESTEADS http://www.leg.state.nv.us/Nrs/NRS-115.html for example states:
4. If allodial title has been established and not relinquished, the exemption provided in subsection 1 extends to process to enforce the payment of obligations contracted for the purchase of the property, and for improvements made thereon, including any mechanic’s lien lawfully obtained, and for legal taxes levied by a state or local government, and for:
(a) Any mortgage or deed of trust thereon; and
(b) Any lien even if prior consent has been given through the acceptance of property subject to any recorded declaration of restrictions, deed restriction, restrictive covenant or equitable servitude, specifically including any lien in favor of an association pursuant to NRS 116.3116 or 117.070, Ê unless a waiver for the specific obligation to which the judgment relates has been executed by all allodial titleholders of the property.
